Justus, I have been in a relationship with "Danny" for two years. I fell in love with him after 3months (is that possible?). He's smart, charming and funny. However, after we argue I'm always the one to start talking to try to come to a solution or a compromise. Danny never takes the initiative. I think he has a problem communicating with me about his feelings. What should I do?

Hello Ms. Communicator,
Yes, it's possible to fall for someone quickly, especially if they meet all your criteria. Many people fail to realize that they are sometimes more opened than their mates, sometimes more emotional than their mates, sometimes more physical than their mates, etc. Simply understanding this will be the cause of a lot of relief. You're already familiar with the package you have in your mate so you can choose to work with what you know or not. Taking the initiative is not only illustrating good will but demonstrates the willingness to resolve concerns quickly. Choose your battles wisely and not let little firecrackers detour you from the bombs. The Bible says,"He who restrains his words has knowledge, And he who has a cool spirit is a man of understanding."(-Proverbs 17:27)
